I like lifting and not being constrained by such things as limited open hours, or not being able to bail a bar, grunt, sweat profusely, eat, bring your four legged friend to watch you lift and root for a new PR! I wanted a place where people could do all of this and more in relative peace. I like participating in group exercise classes and, I also want to be able to do my own thing anytime. The desire for a place like this was the basis for starting my own gym in 2015. In the past 2 plus years the idea of Lift Haus has evolved. I can safely proclaim Lift Haus has always welcomed people of all abilities- it is a completely douche bro free zone! Lift Haus is set up for cross training,olympic lifting, yoga, mma, strength training, weight/power lifting, strong man, gymnastics, kettle bell-ing, metabolic conditioning, HIIT loving needs! Introduction to B-Fit Beginner's Class (This is for people who have not cross trained before. Duration 1 hour, 3 times a week for a month)
B-Fit Cross Training (Cross Training, Strength and Conditioning.Duration 1 hour, 5 days a week)
B-Fit Strength (Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength Programming for Mad Gainz. Duration 2 hours, 3 days a week)
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) (Move fast, move hard. Get in and out fast. Duration 30 mins, 5 days a week)
Yoga and Mobility ( Come Stretch, Breathe, Mobilize and Leave Refreshed and more flexible than when you walked in! Duration 30 mins, 5 days a week)
