Lift Haus is a boutique Strength and Conditioning, nutritional, and deitary guidance facility which offers consultation services to help you reach your desired goal. I'm the owner and my name is Batool. You can call me Coach, Boss Lady or even use my name.
I like lifting, eating, pets and not being constrained by such things as time, money, grunting, sweating profusely, bringing your four legged friend along everywhere, and the proper knowledge and guidance to reach my set goal.
I wanted a place where people could do all of this and more in relative peace anytime they wanted. The desire for a place like this was the basis for starting my own gym in 2015. In the past 3 plus years the idea of Lift Haus has evolved. I can safely proclaim Lift Haus has always welcomed people of all abilities- it is a completely douche bro free zone! Please check your ego at the door and respect yourself, others and the space you all share together. Make this Haus your Home.
Lift Haus is set up for cross training,olympic lifting, yoga, mma, strength training, weight/power lifting, strong man, gymnastics, kettle bell-ing, metabolic conditioning, HIIT loving needs! We are open 24/7 all dang year long…And that wraps up our About Us section.

SCHEDULING A COACH REQUIRES A FEE OF 25 WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR MEMBERSHIP. A NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION FOR THIS APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A 100% CANCELLATION FEE. OUR COACHES TIME IS COMPENSATED. IF YOU ARE LATE BY MORE THAN 10 MINS THE COACH WILL LEAVE AND YOU CAN BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

Introduction to B-Fit Beginner's Class (This is for people who have not cross trained before. Learn to Lift 101. Duration 1 hour, 3 times a week for a month)
B-Fit Cross Training (Cross Training, Strength and Conditioning.Duration 1 hour, 5 days a week)
B-Fit Strength (Olympic Weightlifting, and Strength Programming for Mad Gainz. Duration 2 hours, 3 days a week)
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) (Move fast, move hard. Great to cut body fat fast and show those Gainz you worked hard for in the winter. If you were a sloth/ couch potato in winter hiit is a great way to build your endurance and smoke yourself out especially when you are limited on time , a lunch hour warrior, a mom who does not do bootcamps. Get in and out fast. Get it done! Duration 30 mins, 3 days a week)
Yoga and Mobility ( Come Stretch, Breathe, Mobilize and Leave Refreshed and more flexible than when you walked in! Duration 30 mins, 5 days a week)
